Richard Pollack built the Cycle World Web Surfer Special Sportster in 2008 and documented the process in multiple issues of Cycle World Magazine. This bike is still owned and ridden by ex-CW editor David Edwards and was on display in the Heavy Mettle - Motorcycles and Art with Moxie exhibition at the Sturgis Buffalo Chip.
