Lance Blais was never able to ride a two-wheeler after being shot down in Vietnam as a Medivac pilot so after he recovered enough, his father and brother helped him build his first trike. After a number of trikes, he comes to Laconia every year as the “All American Handyman on his patriotically painted Tri-Glide. Since the police didn’t take kindly to Lance shooting out confetti from his two handlebar mounted cannons, he decided to load them with one-hundred $100 bills and guess what, there was no litter left behind!
